Utopian Landscapes was recently awarded the design contract for a 104 unit apartment complex that's currently being renovated in Sacramento. Scope of work will include new landscape and irrigation layout throughout the project, re-design and enhancement of the swimming pool area, and re-design of certain areas of concrete to improve circulation through the site.
